2. 利用目的
取得した匿名の利用記録は、次の目的で利用します。

3. 不具合の把握と対応、安全な運用

3. 位置情報・方位の扱い（端末内のみ・追跡しません）
「現在地と向きを表示」ボタンを押したときだけ、お使いの端末の位置情報（GPS）と方位（コンパス）を取得します。
- 用途は、地図上に現在地（青い印）と向きを表示することだけです。
- これらの情報はお使いの端末の中だけで処理し、サーバーへ送信したり保存したりしません。誰かに渡したり、行動を追跡したりすることはありません。
- 現在地を表示している間は、地図上の青い印を移動にあわせて更新するため、位置を継続的に取得します（これも端末の中だけの処理で、サーバーへは送りません）。
- ボタンを押さなければ取得しません。許可しなくても、ルート提案など他の機能はそのままお使いいただけます。

6. 外部送信について
本サービスを表示・動作させるため、お使いの端末から次の外部サービスへ自動的に通信が発生します（一部は地図やデータを受け取るための通信も含みます）。このとき、技術上、アクセス情報（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時など）が各通信先に送られることがあります。これは「どこへ通信が起きるかを利用者に開示するルール」（電気通信事業法の外部送信規律）にもとづき、透明性のために開示するものです。

7. 保存期間
匿名の利用記録は、利用目的（とくに季節をまたいだ効果の前後比較）に必要な範囲で、取得から24か月を目安に保存し、その後は不要になり次第、削除または統計化します。
※24か月という長めの期間は、季節をまたいだ効果測定のために設定しているものです。運用にあわせて、より短い期間に変更することもあります。なお、集計・統計化して個人や個々の行程を特定できない形にした情報は、上記の期間にかかわらず継続して利用することがあります。
8. 安全管理
- 取得する利用記録は匿名であり、お名前等の個人情報と結びつかない設計にしています。
- 保存先（Supabase）へのアクセス管理など、記録が不正に閲覧・改ざん・流出しないよう、適切な安全管理に努めます。
- 集計値を外部に共有する際は、個人や個々の行程が推測されないよう配慮します（極小件数のデータを出さない等）。
9. お子さまの情報
本サービスは、どなたでもお名前の登録なしにご利用いただけます。匿名の利用記録のみを扱い、年齢を判別する情報やお子さまを特定する情報は取得しません。保護者の方の判断のもとでご利用ください。

1. Information We Collect
This service, "Kyoto City Bus Crowd-Distribution Navi" (hereinafter "the Service"), has no account registration or login feature. We do not receive any personally identifying information such as your name.
The only thing the Service sends to and stores on the server (Supabase, described below) is the following anonymous usage records. Internal technical names are shown in parentheses for reference.

2. Purposes of Use
The anonymous usage records we collect are used for the following purposes.
1. Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service (to suggest easier-to-use alternative routes and boarding points)
2. Checking the effectiveness of efforts to ease bus crowding (such as before-and-after comparisons across seasons)
3. Identifying and addressing problems, and ensuring safe operation
If we wish to use the records beyond the scope of these purposes, we will revise this policy and provide notice.
3. Handling of Location and Orientation (On Your Device Only — No Tracking)
Only when you press the "Show current location and direction" button do we obtain your device's location (GPS) and orientation (compass).
- This is used only to show your current location (a blue marker) and direction on the map.
- This information is processed only within your device and is never sent to a server or stored. We never hand it over to anyone or track your movements.
- While your current location is being displayed, your position is obtained continuously in order to update the blue marker on the map as you move (this too is processed only within your device and is not sent to a server).
- If you do not press the button, nothing is obtained. Even if you do not grant permission, you can still use the other features, such as route suggestions, just as before.
- On some devices, such as iPhones, a permission prompt may appear when the orientation sensor is used.
4. Cookies and On-Device Storage (localStorage)
The Service does not use login cookies. Instead, it stores the following information in your browser's on-device storage area (localStorage).

5. Provision to Third Parties
The Service does not sell or provide the anonymous usage records it collects to third parties.
- When sharing the results of these efforts with local governments, research institutions, and the like, we provide only aggregated statistical figures (such as repeat-visit rates and crowd-distribution trends), never in a form that could identify an individual or an individual trip.
- When aggregating, we take care not to release data with extremely few entries (e.g. just one) as-is.
※ The communication described in "6. External transmission" — to map providers, component providers, and the data storage destination — is technical communication necessary to display and operate the Service, and is different from "provision to third parties (sale or handover)" as meant here.
6. External Transmission
In order to display and operate the Service, your device automatically communicates with the following external services (some of this includes communication to receive maps and data). When it does, access information (IP address, browser type, date and time of access, etc.) may technically be sent to each destination. We disclose this for the sake of transparency, in accordance with the rule that "users must be informed of where communication occurs" (the external-transmission regulations of the Telecommunications Business Act).

7. Retention Period
Anonymous usage records are retained for as long as necessary for the purposes of use (in particular, before-and-after comparisons of effectiveness across seasons), with a guideline of 24 months from collection, after which they are deleted or converted into statistics as soon as they are no longer needed.
※ The relatively long period of 24 months is set in order to measure effectiveness across seasons. We may change it to a shorter period in line with operations. Note that information that has been aggregated and converted into statistics so that no individual or individual trip can be identified may continue to be used regardless of the above period.
8. Security Management
- The usage records we collect are anonymous and are designed not to be linked to personal information such as your name.
- We strive for appropriate security management — such as access control to the storage destination (Supabase) — so that records are not improperly viewed, altered, or leaked.
- When sharing aggregated figures externally, we take care that no individual or individual trip can be inferred (e.g. by not releasing data with extremely few entries).
9. Children's Information
Anyone can use the Service without registering a name. We handle only anonymous usage records and do not obtain information that determines age or identifies a child. Please use the Service under the judgment of a parent or guardian.
10. Revisions to This Policy
We may revise this policy in line with changes to the Service or to laws and regulations. If there are significant changes, we will provide notice within the Service. The revised content applies from the time it is posted on this page.

1. 수집하는 정보
이 서비스 "교토 시영버스 혼잡 분산 내비"(이하 "본 서비스")에는 계정 등록・로그인 기능이 없습니다. 이름 등 개인을 특정하는 정보는 받지 않습니다.
본 서비스가 서버(후술하는 Supabase)에 전송하여 저장하는 것은 다음의 익명 이용 기록뿐입니다. 기술적인 내부 명칭은 참고를 위해 괄호 안에 표기합니다.

2. 이용 목적
수집한 익명의 이용 기록은 다음 목적으로 이용합니다.
1. 본 서비스의 제공・유지・개선 (보다 사용하기 편한 대체 경로나 승차장 제안을 위해)
2. 버스 혼잡을 완화하는 노력의 효과 확인 (계절을 넘나드는 전후 비교 등)
3. 오류 파악과 대응, 안전한 운영
이러한 목적의 범위를 넘어 이용하는 경우에는 본 방침을 개정하여 알려드립니다.
3. 위치 정보・방위의 취급 (단말기 내부에서만・추적하지 않습니다)
"현재 위치와 방향 표시" 버튼을 눌렀을 때만, 사용하시는 단말기의 위치 정보(GPS)와 방위(나침반)를 취득합니다.
- 용도는 지도상에 현재 위치(파란 표시)와 방향을 표시하는 것뿐입니다.
- 이러한 정보는 사용하시는 단말기 안에서만 처리하며, 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 누군가에게 넘기거나 행동을 추적하는 일은 없습니다.
- 현재 위치를 표시하는 동안에는 지도상의 파란 표시를 이동에 맞춰 갱신하기 위해 위치를 지속적으로 취득합니다 (이것도 단말기 안에서만 처리하며, 서버로는 전송하지 않습니다).
- 버튼을 누르지 않으면 취득하지 않습니다. 허가하지 않더라도 경로 제안 등 다른 기능은 그대로 사용하실 수 있습니다.
- iPhone 등 일부 단말기에서는 방위 센서를 사용할 때 허가를 요청하는 화면이 표시되는 경우가 있습니다.
4. 쿠키・단말기 내부 저장(localStorage)에 대하여
본 서비스는 로그인용 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 대신 사용하시는 브라우저의 단말기 내부 저장 영역(localStorage)에 다음 정보를 저장합니다.

이것들은 사용하시는 단말기 안에 저장되는 것으로, 브라우저 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다 (삭제하면 랜덤 번호는 다음번에 새로 다시 부여됩니다).
5. 제3자 제공에 대하여
본 서비스는 수집한 익명의 이용 기록을 제3자에게 판매・제공하지 않습니다.
- 지자체・연구기관 등에 노력의 성과를 공유하는 경우에는 통계화한 집계값(재방문율이나 혼잡 분산 경향 등)만 제공하며, 개인이나 개별 여정을 특정할 수 있는 형태로는 제공하지 않습니다.
- 집계 시에는 극단적으로 건수가 적은 데이터(예: 1건뿐)는 그대로 내보내지 않도록 배려합니다.
※ "6. 외부 전송에 대하여"에서 설명하는 지도 배포처・부품 배포처・데이터 저장처로의 통신은, 본 서비스를 표시・작동시키기 위해 필요한 기술적인 통신이며, 여기서 말하는 "제3자에 대한 제공(판매・양도)"과는 다릅니다.
6. 외부 전송에 대하여
본 서비스를 표시・작동시키기 위해, 사용하시는 단말기에서 다음 외부 서비스로 자동으로 통신이 발생합니다(일부는 지도나 데이터를 받기 위한 통신도 포함합니다). 이때 기술적으로 접속 정보(IP 주소, 브라우저 종류, 접속 일시 등)가 각 통신 대상에 전송되는 경우가 있습니다. 이는 "어디로 통신이 발생하는지를 이용자에게 공개하는 규칙"(일본 전기통신사업법의 외부 전송 규율)에 근거하여, 투명성을 위해 공개하는 것입니다.

- 목적지의 사진・데이터・경로 정보는 본 서비스 내에 동봉되어 있으며, 위 이외의 제3자에게 전송하는 일은 없습니다.

7. 보존 기간
익명의 이용 기록은 이용 목적(특히 계절을 넘나드는 효과의 전후 비교)에 필요한 범위에서, 취득 시점부터 24개월을 기준으로 보존하며, 그 후에는 불필요해지는 대로 삭제 또는 통계화합니다.
※ 24개월이라는 다소 긴 기간은 계절을 넘나드는 효과 측정을 위해 설정한 것입니다. 운영에 맞춰 보다 짧은 기간으로 변경할 수도 있습니다. 또한 집계・통계화하여 개인이나 개별 여정을 특정할 수 없는 형태로 만든 정보는 위 기간과 관계없이 계속 이용하는 경우가 있습니다.
8. 안전 관리
- 수집하는 이용 기록은 익명이며, 이름 등 개인정보와 연결되지 않는 설계로 되어 있습니다.
- 저장처(Supabase)로의 접근 관리 등, 기록이 부정하게 열람・변조・유출되지 않도록 적절한 안전 관리에 힘씁니다.
- 집계값을 외부에 공유할 때는 개인이나 개별 여정이 추측되지 않도록 배려합니다(극소 건수의 데이터를 내보내지 않는 등).
9. 아동의 정보
본 서비스는 누구나 이름 등록 없이 이용하실 수 있습니다. 익명의 이용 기록만을 취급하며, 연령을 판별하는 정보나 아동을 특정하는 정보는 취득하지 않습니다. 보호자의 판단하에 이용해 주세요.
10. 본 방침의 개정
본 서비스의 내용이나 법령의 변경에 맞춰 본 방침을 개정하는 경우가 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우에는 본 서비스상에서 알려드립니다. 개정 후의 내용은 본 페이지에 게재한 시점부터 적용됩니다.
